This Terms of Agreement is entered into by and between AI Arabian Oasis (“Provider”) and the purchaser (“Customer”) of the online course. By purchasing the Course, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Details

1.1. The Provider agrees to deliver the Course as described on the Provider’s website or platform.
1.2. The Course may include, but is not limited to, videos, lectures, reading materials, assignments, and other related resources.
1.3. The Provider reserves the right to modify the Course content, delivery methods, and schedule as necessary, provided that such changes do not substantially alter the value of the Course.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The Customer agrees to pay the full Course fee as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
2.2. Payment must be made in full before the Customer is granted access to the Course.
2.3. Failure to complete payment may result in the termination of this Agreement and denial of access to the Course.

3. Access and Use

3.1. Upon successful payment, the Customer will be granted access to the Course for the duration specified in the Course description.
3.2. The Customer agrees to use the Course materials for personal and educational purposes only.
3.3. The Customer may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Course content without the explicit written permission of the Provider.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. The Provider may offer a refund policy, which will be clearly stated on the Provider’s website or platform.
4.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified by the Provider.
4.3. If a refund is granted, the Customer’s access to the Course will be revoked immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All Course content, including but not limited to videos, lectures, written materials, and graphics, is the intellectual property of the Provider or its licensors.
5.2. The Customer acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing the Course.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1. The Course is provided “as is,” and the Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Course’s suitability for any particular purpose.
6.2. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Course materials.

7. Termination

7.1. The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the Customer’s access to the Course if the Customer breaches any terms of this Agreement.
7.2. In the event of termination due to breach, no refund will be provided.

8. Amendments

9.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer, and continued use of the Course constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Entire Agreement

10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and the Provider and supersedes any prior agreements, written or oral, regarding the Course.

By purchasing the Course, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
