Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 August 2026
1. About the service
These terms apply when you use ai-ao.net, the Knowledge Hub, member accounts, comments, and booking features. By registering an account or using interactive features, you accept these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account. Accounts may not be transferred, automated for abuse, or used to bypass security measures.
3. Comments and conduct
Comments are moderated before publication. You may not submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, misleading, privacy-invasive, or copyright-infringing content; other people’s personal data without a legal basis; malicious code, spam, or unauthorized marketing.
AI-AO may review, reject, make limited edits to, unpublish, or delete comments and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Moderation does not make AI-AO responsible for user statements.
4. License for comments
You retain the rights to what you write. By submitting a comment, you grant AI-AO a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, display, and technically adapt it within the Knowledge Hub. You confirm that you have the right to publish the content.
5. AI-AO content
Text, design, images, trademarks, and other material provided by AI-AO are protected by intellectual-property law. You may link to public pages and quote short extracts under applicable law with clear attribution. Other copying, automated bulk collection, or commercial reuse requires written permission.
6. Nature of information
The Knowledge Hub provides general information and does not replace legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice. Always assess information in light of your organization’s circumstances and applicable rules.
7. Bookings
A submitted booking request is not a binding agreement or guaranteed meeting time. A booking is valid only after AI-AO confirms it. Separate terms may apply to consulting, training, or other services.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a secure and available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all content is always complete and current. To the extent permitted by law, AI-AO is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of free website content.
9. Termination and changes
You may request account closure by contacting info@ai-ao.net. We may restrict or terminate access in cases of abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. The terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated appropriately.
10. Governing law and contact
Swedish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules where applicable. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting AI-AO. Send questions to info@ai-ao.net.
